"Trust no Future, howe’er pleasant !
Let the dead Past bury its dead !
Act,— act in the living Present !
Heart within, and God o’erhead !
Lives of great men all remind us
We can make our lives sublime,
And, departing, leave behind us
Footprints on the sands of time ;
Footprints, that perhaps another,
Sailing o’er life’s solemn main,
A forlorn and shipwrecked brother,
Seeing, shall take heart again.”
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.
Life experiences that make me reflect on poems that make me reflect on life experiences….

The beginning… This is my first time making jewelry of any sort, so I imagine its going to take a lot of problem solving and trouble shooting to figure things out… Im watching a lot of youtube tutorials to get an understanding of how to fasten and connect wire, as well as what tools to use. Very, Very Excited.

Moven up slowly.
Altered up a tool of mine. I took a Japanese handle V Gauge which I loved for the thicker grip around the point, and added a the European ball, palm handle. I fasten them together with two screws and finished it by coating them in Sugru to give the handle a softer feel and prevent blisters.
Doing little things here and there while I carve text out.
Almost ready to make some jewlery. 54 human molars sitting in a peroxide bath to make them all pearly white.
